Senior Support Engineer - Cloud (Azure / AWS)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud and DevOps Engineer with a strong background in cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of professional experience, including 4+ years specializing in cloud technologies. This role involves designing and implementing reliable cloud solutions, enhancing system performance, and optimizing costs.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative cloud and DevOps solutions while fostering team growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in IT, with at least 3 years specializing in cloud technologies.
- Proven expertise in designing and managing reliable cloud infrastructures for large enterprises.
- Robust proficiency in DevOps practices, including containerization, CI/CD, and VPC management.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure preferred, GCP).
- Proficiency in Python, Shell scripting, and serverless architectures such as AWS Lambda.
- Experience with disaster recovery, business continuity,



and cloud cost optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with integration and automation tools like Boomi and iPaaS.
- Strong Linux administration skills.
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) are required.
- Excellent customer-facing and communication skills with the ability to convey technical solutions effectively.
- Experience with AWS Control Tower, AWS Organization

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience implementing AI-driven cloud operations and automation.
- Advanced certifications in cloud platforms or related technologies.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Experience in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
- A continuous learner with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
