Key Responsibilities

- Identify, acquire, and onboard recent Channel Partners (CPs) to expand the sourcing network.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Channel Partners to ensure continuous business generation.

- Conduct regular CP meetings, presentations, and project briefings to enhance engagement and awareness.

- Drive lead generation and revenue through the Channel Partner ecosystem.

- Ensure timely follow-up on leads generated by CPs and coordinate with the sales team for closures.

- Plan and execute CP engagement activities, including events, site visits, project launches, and networking sessions.

- Track CP performance, business contribution, and conversion ratios.

- Maintain accurate records of Channel Partners, leads, meetings, and business updates in CRM.





- Work closely with developers and internal sales teams to communicate project updates, pricing, offers, and inventory availability.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sourcing and revenue targets.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify opportunities to strengthen the CP network.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

- 16 years of experience in Channel Partner sourcing or residential real estate sales.

- Strong network within the real estate broker and Channel Partner community.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset.

- Good knowledge of the residential real estate market.
