Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and work breakdown structures.
- Track project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and project managers.
- Monitor resource allocation, manpower, and material planning.
- Identify project delays and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure project execution aligns with planned schedules and milestones.
- Maintain planning documentation and MIS reports.
