Job Title: Senior Full Stack Java Developer (Java + React)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Java Developer with 5 –10 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in backend development using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, along with 2+ years of frontend development experience using React.js or similar modern JavaScript frameworks.

The candidate should have experience in developing scalable RESTful APIs, cloud-based applications, and working in Agile development environments. Exposure to AI-assisted development tools for coding, debugging, testing, or improving developer productivity is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Develop responsive user interfaces using React.js.




- Build and consume RESTful APIs while integrating frontend and backend services.
- Develop cloud-native applications and deploy solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, UI developers, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency, debugging, testing, and overall productivity.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
- Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance.

Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of Full Stack development experience.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in React.js (or equivalent frontend framework).
- Robust knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend development.
- Experience with REST APIs and backend/frontend integration.
- Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Good understanding of cloud-native application development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in offshore/global delivery environments.

Good to Have
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- CI/CD implementation experience.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled developer productivity tools.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and monitoring tools.
