Project Manager Civil Engineer | Residential Projects

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and execute residential construction projects from start to handover.
- Monitor RCC, masonry, plaster, waterproofing, finishing, and MEP coordination.
- Ensure projects are completed within timeline, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Manage site engineers, supervisors, manpower, and subcontractors.
- Monitor material requirements, project progress, billing, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and resolve site issues.
- Manage snagging, finishing, and final project handover.

Required Skills: Project Planning, Site Execution, Contractor Management, Quality Control, Cost Control, Team Management, AutoCAD & MS Excel. Preferred: Solid experience in residential building construction from RCC to finishing and handover.Role & responsibilities
