Job Title: Senior IT Recruiter

Shift Timings : 9.30 AM - 6.30 PM(Mon Fri), Saturday: 8.30 Am 1.30 PM

Location: KPHB - 5th Phase - Hyderabad.

:

- Need to have knowledge on End-to-End Recruitment Cycle.
- Handling full recruitment life cycle. (Managing recruiting process from requisition initiation to sourcing, to acceptance of offer and final placement).
- Good to have Client and team handling.
- Sourcing, screening, Cold-calling and short-listing of resumes for the clients' requirements
- Arranging the client interview and collecting the Feedbacks
- Sourcing candidate profiles in various Job portals like, Monster, LinkedIn, Naukri, Etc.
- Proficient in using other mode for acquiring profiles (Headhunting, Referencing, using other Social Networking Sites, Job Posting)
- Involve in weekly meetings with Account Managers and prepare weekly reports.
- Maintaining Candidate relationship and keep track of candidates in databases.
- Positive communication Skills.
