Job Responsibility:
- Tier -3 Application Support
- Production Workplace Daily cron/health monitoring
- Coordination with required teams to resolve the issues
- Testing related with issue resolutions
- IOT application operations and management
- Report preparations for observations/ RCA
- Grafana, Kibana/API Logs Monitoring and Management
- Provide technical support to our customers, displaying a sense of urgency and discipline in making sure cases are updated and we meet our SLA.
