Role & responsibilities

- Prepare and submit quotations

- Maintain customer databases, inquiry registers, and sales MIS reports.

- Follow up with clients regarding quotations, approvals, and purchase orders.

- Schedule client meetings, site visits, and presentations for the sales team.

- Track order status from inquiry to project handover.

- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports, pipeline reports, and order status updates.

- Handle customer queries and ensure prompt responses.

- Ensure all sales documentation complies with company policies and customer requirements

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree - M.SC or B.SC in Chem/Bio
