Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in selecting the right products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Provide product demonstrations and explain features and advantages.
- Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness and product displays.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and merchandising.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and customer service standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales.
- Experience in Optical, Apparel, Footwear, Electronics, Mobile, QSR, or any organized retail industry is preferred.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
