Role & responsibilities

- Support implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) as per NABH/JCI standards.

- Ensure policies, SOPs, and protocols are updated and implemented across departments.

- Conduct internal audits, compliance monitoring, and safety rounds.

- Maintain accreditation documentation and coordinate assessment readiness.

- Promote incident reporting and support RCA, FMEA, and CAPA activities.

- Monitor patient safety initiatives, including infection control and code management.

- Organize quality, patient safety, and compliance training programs.

- Collect, analyze, and report quality indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports.

- Monitor patient feedback and support service quality improvement initiatives.

- Plan, implement, and monitor Quality Improvement Projects (QIPs).

- Participate in risk assessments, hazard identification, and environmental safety audits.

- Coordinate with clinical and support departments to improve quality processes.

- Support continuous process improvement initiatives across the organization.

- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
