QA Lead Banking Implementations
We are looking for a Senior QA qualified to lead quality assurance for customer implementation projects and internal products such as TestNova.
What you will do
- Lead QA planning, test execution and quality governance across implementation projects.
- Define test strategy, test scenarios, test cases, defect-tracking and test reporting.
- Coordinate with business users, developers, project managers and customer teams during SIT, UAT and go-live.
- Ensure adequate functional, integration and regression test coverage.
- Guide junior QA team members and help improve testing processes.
What we are looking for
- 6 to 20 years of overall QA experience.
- At least 3 years of experience as a QA Lead, Senior QA or similar role.
- Experience working on software implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, UAT support and defect management.
- Ability to work directly with project and customer teams and manage testing timelines.
Good to have
- Experience in test automation, including automation frameworks or tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium or similar.
- Experience in banking, financial services, core banking, lending, payments or enterprise software implementations.
- Exposure to performance testing, API testing or test management tools
