Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up until material is received.
Coordinate with suppliers for dispatch planning and vehicle placement.
Track daily steel prices and market trends to identify the best buying opportunities.
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, accounts, and sales teams for smooth material movement.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, freight, and delivery schedules
Compare quotations and prepare comparative statements for management approval.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and new vendors.
Maintain procurement records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly purchase reports.
