Role & Responsibilities

- Manage complete project lifecycle from project award to commissioning and handover.

- Plan, execute, monitor, and control industrial electrical projects.

- Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies.

- Lead site teams including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal departments.

- Monitor project progress, budget, profitability, and cash flow.

- Prepare and submit Client RA Bills and Final Bills.

- Verify and process subcontractor/contractor bills.

- Prepare quantity reconciliation statements and variation claims.

- Review client billing, contractor billing, and variation claims.

- Ensure timely procurement of materials and resources.

- Conduct project review meetings and management reporting.

- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements.

- Resolve technical and commercial issues during project execution.

- Drive project completion within budget and schedule commitments.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.





- 58 years of experience in Industrial Electrical Project Management.

- Proven experience in Greenfield Industrial Projects.

- Experience in Automotive, Manufacturing, Electronics, Data Center, Warehouse, or Process Industry projects.

- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and project execution methodologies.

- Experience in project planning, billing, cost control, and commercial management.

- Solid leadership, negotiation, and client management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting tools.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Willingness to travel and manage projects across India.
