Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Delivery:Teach a range of subjects within the primary school curriculum, including English, mathematics, science, and social studies.
- Lesson Planning and Preparation:Develop engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans, create learning materials, and adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Assessment and Evaluation:Assess student progress through various methods, including tests, assignments, and observations, and provide constructive feedback.
- Classroom Management:Maintain a positive and safe learning environment, manage student behavior, and ensure the well-being of all students.
- Communication:Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and any concerns.
- Collaboration:Work with other teachers, teaching assistants, and school staff to support student learning and development.
- Extracurricular Activities:Participate in and organize school events, outings, and extracurricular activities.
- Professional Development:Stay updated on current educational practices and participate in career development activities.
