Role & responsibilities

- Assemble electronic products as per work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Handle components, tools, and assembly equipment with care.

- Perform soldering, fitting, screwing, labeling, and packaging activities as assigned.

- Conduct basic visual inspections to identify defects and ensure product quality.

- Maintain production targets while following quality standards.

- Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and workplace safety guidelines at all times.

- Report defects, material shortages, equipment issues, or process deviations to the supervisor.

- Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the workstation following 5S practices.

- Support rework, testing, and packing activities whenever required.

- Participate in on-the-job training and continuously improve technical and operational skills.

Preferred candidate profile

- ITI / Diploma / Any Graduate / Higher Secondary (12th Pass)

- Freshers are welcome.
