Role & responsibilities : A Preschool Teacher is responsible for fostering the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children aged 2 to 5 years old. This role requires creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where young children learn through play and structured activities.

Core Responsibilities:

- Lesson Planning: Design and implement age-appropriate curricula using play-based learning methods.

- Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.

- Child Development: Foster foundational skills in language, literacy, basic mathematics, and social interactions.

- Safety & Hygiene: Supervise children closely during all activities, ensuring proper handwashing, mealtime routines, and toilet training.

- Progress Tracking: Observe, assess, and document each child's developmental milestones and behavior.

- Parent Communication: Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings to discuss child progress, behavioral patterns, and growth.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Education: Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE), NTT (Nursery Teacher Training), or a Bachelor's degree in Education/Child Development.

- Patience & Empathy:



High emotional intelligence to handle the diverse needs and emotional outbursts of young children.

- Creativity: Ability to design engaging arts, crafts, music, storytelling, and physical movement activities.

- Communication: Strong verbal skills to connect with children and professional communication skills for parents and staff.

Physical Demands

- Ability to bend, kneel, and sit on the floor frequently to interact with children at their eye level.

- Stamina to stand for extended periods and manage active outdoor playtime.
