We work as an authorized Third-Party Aggregator (TPA) and manage manpower, payroll, and statutory compliance for leading manufacturing and production companies across India.

Job Responsibilities

- Visit TSPL branches across Pune as per the assigned schedule.
- Handle termination and exit formalities for NAPS/NATS apprenticeship contracts.
- Generate, verify, and process apprenticeship contract termination documents.
- Maintain payroll-related records and employee data accurately.
- Coordinate with HR, branch teams, and client companies for compliance activities.
- Prepare and update reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure proper documentation and statutory compliance.
- Maintain MIS reports and submit daily/weekly activity reports.
- Resolve documentation-related queries from branches and candidates.
- Support payroll and compliance operations whenever required.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BCA, MBA HR, or equivalent preferred).




- 0 - 3 years of experience in Payroll, HR Operations, Compliance, Staffing, or Recruitment.
- Experience in NAPS/NATS, Apprenticeship, Payroll, or HR documentation will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Filters, Data Validation, Basic Formulas).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to travel between TSPL branches in Pune.
- Strong documentation and record management skills.

Mandatory Requirements
- Own Two-Wheeler (Bike) is compulsory.
- Valid Driving License.
- Laptop knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel within Pune.

Salary 20,000 30,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
