Position

Overseas Recruitment Executive / Sr. Recruitment Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, job portals, and internal databases.
- Screen and shortlist candidates for overseas job opportunities.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Europe and other international countries.
- Counsel candidates regarding overseas employment opportunities.
- Generate candidate leads through calling, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and visa process.
- Achieve monthly recruitment and joining targets.
- Maintain candidate records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the documentation and visa teams.
- Build a strong pipeline of skilled workers including Trailer Drivers, Welders, Electricians, Construction Workers, Factory Workers, Healthcare Professionals, Hospitality Staff, and other blue and white-collar candidates.





Preferred Candidate Profile
- 15+ years of experience in Overseas Recruitment, Recruitment Consulting, HR Recruitment, Career Counselling, Immigration Sales, Education Counselling, or International Staffing.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other recruitment platforms.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a strong sales mindset are also encouraged to apply.
