We're looking for Customer Service Representatives with experience in Social Media & Email Support to join our team in Noida.
What we're looking for
1+ year of experience in Customer Service (BPO/KPO/International Process)
Minimum 1 year of Social Media Support experience
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Experience handling customer queries on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, and other social media platforms
Solid problem-solving and multitasking skills
Typing speed of 3040 WPM with 90%+ accuracy
Experience in E-commerce/Retail customer support is an added advantage.
What you'll do
Manage customer queries across social media platforms
Resolve customer issues within SLA
Coordinate with internal teams for end-to-end resolution
Handle tickets, follow-ups, and reporting
Deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving KPIs
