Experience: 1–5 Years

Qualification: Any Degree / MBA / MSW / PG in HR

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and social media.

Screen and shortlist profiles as per client requirements.

Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

Manage offer negotiation and joining formalities.

Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.

Build talent pipelines for Automobile, Auto Components, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, and Industrial sectors.





Achieve individual and team recruitment targets.

Required Skills

Experience in Non-IT Recruitment.

Robust sourcing and screening skills.

Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

Knowledge of Manufacturing, Automobile, Engineering, and Industrial hiring is preferred.
