We have a Walk in drive scheduled on 4th Aug 26 in Bangalore Location for Backend Operations.

Interview/Work Location: Mphasis, 4th Floor, Bagmane World Technology Center, WTC4, KR Puram, Marathahalli Outer Ring Road, Mahadevapura, Bangalore 560048

Interview Timings: 10:00AM - 1:30PM

Job Summary:

The Backoffice Agent will support credit card operations by reviewing customer cases, updating account information, resolving simple to medium-complex requests, and ensuring accuracy while following all process guidelines and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and process customer cases such as account updates, payment checks, dispute data entry, and basic validations.
- Follow defined procedures and guidelines for completing case decisions accurately.




- Perform initial checks and collect required information to support case investigation.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or SMEs when additional review is needed.
- Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with internal teams for clarifications.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
- Participate in daily huddles, quality feedback sessions, and calibration discussions.
- Support new agents by sharing process knowledge when required. Highlight any process gaps or system issues.
