Luxury Client Relationship Executive (Telecalling)

Location: Vile Parle, Mumbai

Timings: Weekend working

Experience: 2-3 years

Temporary staffing for 3 months. If performance is commendable it will be extended or moved to the exisiting full time role.

Sunteck Realty is looking for a telecaller for one of their luxuiours project in Mumbai. We create residences for India's most discerning clientele.

As the first point of contact for prospective customers of Signature Island, Signia Isles and Signia Pearl, you will represent the brand with warmth, confidence and exceptional professionalism. You will engage HNI and UHNI prospects, qualify leads, build rapport and schedule meetings for the luxury sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with impeccable etiquette and fluency in English.
- Create a refined first impression that reflects Sunteck's luxury positioning.
- Engage HNI/UHNI prospects, understand their requirements and qualify leads. Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate CRM reports and ensure timely follow-ups.




- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
- Achieve calling, appointment and conversion KPIs.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer relationship management or luxury client servicing.
- Outstanding spoken and written English with excellent diction.
- Confident, polished and articulate communication style.
- Ability to build trust with affluent clients over the phone.
- Solid interpersonal, listening and objection-handling skills.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Background Experience in luxury real estate, five-star hospitality, luxury retail, premium banking/wealth management, private aviation or other premium customer-facing brands will be an advantage. Contact Person: Ms. Harpreet Sandhu on 77381 61016
