Role & responsibilities

- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure.

- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, switches, and network security devices.

- Monitor and optimize LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi networks for high availability and performance.

- Provide advanced troubleshooting support for network, Linux systems, and hardware-related issues.

- Perform firewall rule management, security policy implementation, and network hardening activities.

- Manage Linux servers, including installation, configuration, patching, and performance monitoring.

- Diagnose and resolve hardware failures related to servers, network devices, and peripherals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of recurring issues and implement preventive solutions.

- Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, SOPs, and incident reports.

- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the support team.
