We are hiring for Non voice process - Freshers and experienced.

Post: Client Service Executive-Non Voice

Education: Any graduate,

Shift time: Day shift

Location: Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad

Roles & responsibilities:

- To key in data in the specific software used by the clients.
- Receiving Patients Demography, Charge sheet, Payment Posting files, Cheques via scan from US or through lockbox (Banks site)
- Key in the data received into the specific Client system (software).
- Performs assigned tasks/ completes targets with speed and accuracy as per client SLAs
- Work cohesively in a team setting. Assist team members to achieve shared goals.
- Compliance with client/project guidelines, business rules and training provided, companys quality system and policies.




- Communication / Issue escalation to seniors if there is any in a timely manner
- Keep self-up-to-date on latest developments in the domain with respect to products and services offered in Medical field.
- Punctuality is expected all the time.

Key skills:

- Valuable at computer skills
- Good at communication skill
- Must be graduate
