We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented HR Recruiter Freshers to join our recruitment team. Candidates with a strong interest in HR and Recruitment are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided to selected candidates.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct candidate calls and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate records.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Freshers with a solid interest in HR and Recruitment.
- Hindi speaking is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Willingness to learn and build a career in recruitment.
- No prior recruitment experience required – Training will be provided.
