Job Title: HR Recruiter Blue Collar Hiring

We are looking for an HR Recruiter Blue Collar Hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment for shop-floor and field roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mass hiring and strong coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle bulk hiring for blue-collar roles such as Helpers, Operators, Technicians, Drivers, Loaders, Housekeeping, Security, etc.
- Source candidates through job drives, Campus placement, referrals, contractors, vendors, field recruitment, and walk-ins
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with site managers
- Manage joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
- Coordinate with manpower vendors and recruitment agencies
- Ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements
- Support attrition replacement and urgent hiring needs

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Graduate in HR / Any discipline
- 1-4 years of experience in blue-collar / bulk hiring/Campus Recruitment/Campus Hiring
- Knowledge of local labor markets and wage structures
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to do field recruitment when required
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR documentation

Preferred Candidate:

- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, construction, or facility management
- Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred

Salary & Benefits:

- Salary: 30k per month (Negotiable)
- PF, ESIC, Insurance, Leave perks as per company policy

Languages:

Kannada Mandatory

High Importance:- We are looking for a immediate joiner who can take up the role in a week only those candidates are preferred
