What we're looking for:

3+ years of experience in End-to-End Recruitment

Strong expertise in Bulk Hiring/Mass Hiring

Prior recruitment experience in the Insurance or BFSI industry is mandatory

Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring while maintaining quality and turnaround time

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience with job portals, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Drive bulk hiring for Agency Channel roles across multiple locations.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining recruitment quality and candidate experience.
