We are hiring immediate joiners for the International Voice Process-Customer Support role.

This opportunity is ideal for Experienced candidates who have minimum of 6months-1years experience in Complete Voice Support and passionate about customer service and have strong English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound international customer calls

Provide technical support and issue resolution

Deliver high-quality customer service

Maintain accurate customer interaction records

Eligibility Criteria:

Looking for people who have minimum of 6 months-1years of exp in complete voice support.

Other domain experience will not be considered as an experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Valuable articulation and problem-solving skills

Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn

Shift & Work Details:

5-day work week with rotational shifts, rotational offs. (WFO)

Predominantly night shifts

Two-way cab facility provided (up to 25 km radius based on shift timing)

Work Location: DivyaSree TechRidge, Block P2 (North Wing), 7th Floor, Manikonda, Hyderabad - 500089.
