eCommerce Sales Assistant (eSAM)

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune (Work from Office)

About the Role

Launch your career in global eCommerce by working with international marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, Costco and Shopify. This role offers practical exposure to sales analytics, pricing strategy, competitor research, inventory planning, customer behaviour and business reporting. You will work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to real business decisions that drive online sales.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily sales, product performance and marketplace trends.

Track competitor pricing, promotions, listings and market movements.

Support sales forecasting using historical and seasonal data.

Analyze customer reviews, rankings and conversion opportunities.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.

Recommend improvements to listings, pricing and promotional strategies.

Coordinate with marketing, operations and support teams to improve business performance.

Identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate/Postgraduate in BBA, B.Com, BBM, BMS, MBA (Marketing/Sales), Economics or related disciplines.

Strong logical reasoning and analytical thinking.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets; Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP are an advantage.

Curious, self-driven, research-oriented and detail-focused.

Passion for eCommerce, Sales, Marketing and Business Analytics.

Preferred Exposure

Digital Marketing certification

Amazon Seller Central or Shopify exposure

Sales/Marketing/eCommerce internship

SEO/SEM knowledge (positive to have)
