Role: Specialist Manager Creative Direction (Graphics Design)

What You'll Do

Lead the creative vision for high-impact marketing campaigns and design projects across print and digital platforms.

Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of graphic designers to deliver exceptional creative outcomes.

Define creative direction while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and business objectives.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to build compelling visual communication strategies.

Drive project planning, resource allocation, budgets, and workflow management for maximum efficiency.

Explore and implement emerging design trends, technologies, and creative methodologies.





Leverage Generative AI tools to enhance creativity, productivity, and innovation in design delivery.

Present creative concepts and strategic recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

1115 years of progressive experience in Graphic Design / Creative Design

Minimum 2 years of people management or creative team leadership experience

Strong agency or enterprise creative design background

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)

Positive understanding of Generative AI tools for creative design

Experience in brand strategy, visual storytelling, and large-scale creative campaigns

Strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence and problem-solving ability

Experience in stakeholder management, resource planning, and team development

Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree (Full-Time) in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Media, or an equivalent discipline.
