Job Profile Executive (NGO & CSR Partnerships)

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, research, and build a database of NGOs, CSR foundations, and development organisations working in agriculture and allied sectors.
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and introductory meetings to establish current institutional partnerships and generate business opportunities.
- Understand the organization’s ongoing projects, objectives, challenges, and requirements through discussions, stakeholder interactions, field visits, and site assessments.
- Identify opportunities where the company’s products, consultancy, project implementation expertise, agricultural infrastructure, farmer services, capacity building programs, organic inputs, and other customized solutions can address the organization’s needs.
- Present the company’s capabilities and recommend suitable technical and commercial solutions aligned with the partner organization’s requirements.
- Prepare and share professional proposals, technical solutions, consultancy plans, cost estimates, quotations, and project documents following initial discussions.




- Follow up with prospective partner organizations to resolve queries, refine proposals, facilitate decision-making, and convert opportunities into projects.
- Coordinate with internal technical and project teams to ensure timely planning, execution, and successful implementation of approved projects.
- Supervise field implementation, monitor project progress, and ensure quality execution in coordination with partner organizations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for NGOs, CSR foundations, and institutional partners, ensuring regular communication and relationship management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop long-term partnerships by maintaining continuous engagement, identifying repeat opportunities, and strengthening institutional collaborations.
- Continuously identify new project opportunities, generate institutional leads, and contribute to the company’s business growth through sustainable partnerships.Role & responsibilities
