About the Role: We are hiring across levels to strengthen our ERP Implementation & Applications team. We're looking for professionals — from senior program leadership down to hands-on functional support — to drive planning, execution, and stabilization of the University's ERP ecosystem across HRMS, Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Attendance, and Transport modules.

Position 1: Senior Manager – ERP Implementation & Project Management (1 Opening)

- Experience: 8–10 years (incl. 3+ years leading multi-module ERP rollouts)
- Key Responsibilities: End-to-end ERP leadership & governance for non-academic modules; executive stakeholder management with university leadership and vendors; team building & mentoring; drive phased implementation of HRMS, Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Biometric Attendance & Transport; oversee UAT/SOPs/training; lead change management & CR governance; vendor & SLA management.
- Requirements:



Bachelor's in Engineering/CS/IT; 10–15 years in ERP implementation & program management; proven delivery of non-academic ERP modules; higher-education experience preferred.

Position 2: Assistant Manager / Senior Executive – ERP Implementation (1 Opening)

- Experience: 3–6 years
- Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day functional support & incident resolution across non-academic modules; liaison between users, vendor support teams & Sr. Manager; support module implementation, configuration & stabilization; UAT execution, SOPs & user training; CR logging/coordination; vendor & SLA tracking.
- Requirements: Bachelor's in Engineering/CS/IT; 3–6 years hands-on ERP support/implementation experience; module exposure (Timetable, Attendance, HRMS, Finance, Procurement, Inventory); SQL/reporting a plus.

Position 3: Executive – ERP Support (2 Openings) Experience: 2–5 years

- Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day user support & issue resolution; vendor coordination; data accuracy maintenance; support Academic Module, HRMS, Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Attendance & Transport; UAT, SOPs & end-user training; SLA ticket tracking.
- Requirements: Bachelor's in Engineering/CS/IT; 2–5 years hands-on ERP support/implementation experience; module exposure preferred.
