Role & responsibilities

- Supervise daily order processing, picking, packing, labelling, and dispatch.

- Ensure all orders are packed accurately and dispatched within the required timelines.

- Manage orders received through Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms.

- Coordinate with courier companies and shipping partners for timely pickups and deliveries.

- Monitor delayed, undelivered, returned, cancelled, and damaged shipments.

- Ensure correct shipping labels, invoices, barcodes, and marketplace documentation.

- Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily packing and dispatch work.

- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate stock movement.

- Conduct regular physical stock checks and investigate inventory differences.

- Monitor packaging material availability and prevent shortages.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly shipping and inventory reports.

- Use Excel, Google Sheets, and AI tools to analyse reports,



identify issues, and improve productivity.

- Track return-to-origin orders and coordinate return inventory reconciliation.

- Handle courier pickup issues and escalate unresolved shipping problems.

- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper product organisation in the warehouse.

- Develop and follow standard operating procedures for packing, dispatch, and inventory management.

- Coordinate with the customer service, accounts, and marketplace teams when required.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience working with home furnishing, textile, home dcor, or consumer-product brands.

- Experience handling both marketplace-fulfilled and seller-fulfilled orders.

- Knowledge of Easy Ship, FBA, courier portals, shipping aggregators, and return reconciliation.
