Role & responsibilities

- Generate new business leads for centralized AC installation and HVAC projects.

- Visit residential, commercial, industrial, and construction sites to identify business opportunities.

- Meet builders, architects, contractors, consultants, and corporate clients.

- Promote the company's AC installation, maintenance, and AMC services.

- Conduct product presentations and explain service offerings to customers.

- Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed orders.

- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.

- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for site visits and project execution.

- Maintain daily visit reports and customer database.

- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.





Preferred candidate profile

- Any Graduate/Diploma (Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical, or related field preferred).

- 0-5 years of experience in field marketing or sales (HVAC, AC, construction, electrical, or building materials experience is an added advantage).

- Valuable communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Willingness to travel for client visits.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

- A valid driving license is preferred.
