Job Title: Customer Support Executive International Voice Process

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Work from Office)

Job Overview

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for our International Voice Process. The role involves handling customer queries through voice support, resolving concerns efficiently, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Skills Required

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.

Eligibility Criteria
- Intermediate (10+2) / Diploma (10+3) / Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates (05 years) can apply.
- Age: 1835 years.
- Candidates pursuing regular college education are not eligible.
- Educational certificates are mandatory.

Job Details
- Rotational US shifts, including night shifts.
- 5 working days per week.




- 2 rotational week-offs (weekends are not fixed).
- Work-from-office role.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary 17,000 – 27,000 Take-Home Salary (after statutory deductions)

Interview Time: 10:30AM- 1:00 PM

Interview Date: 1st August 2026

Date of Joining: 13th August
