Quest Global is hosting an In-Person Walk-In Interview Drive in Bangalore for Aero Engine professionals on Saturday, 1st Aug 2026.

We are actively hiring for two distinct MRB/Design/LCE Engineer & FEA / Structural Analysis Engineer (ANSYS APDL) tracks based on your experience level:

Position 1: MRB/Design/LCE Engineer ANSYS

Experience: 1 to 6 years

Key Skills: Non Conformance, concession, Life Cycle Engineer, Experience on design reviews, MRB/DR assessment & Repair substantiation

JD

- Good Knowledge on Gas Turbine Engines. Working knowledge of Aero/Gas turbine engines parts (Compressor, Turbine and Combustor)
- Familiar with Stack-up, Assembly evaluations, Design Hand calculations, Stress Evaluations and Life evaluations
- Experience in Concession, MRB or Field issues with respect to design assessments
- Good in UGNX, Ansys APDL, Microsoft tools, SIESTA and Hypermesh

Position 2: FEA / Structural Analysis Engineer (ANSYS APDL)

- Experience: 1 to 5 years
- Key Skills: ANSYS Classic / APDL, Strength of Materials, Linear/Non-Linear, Fatigue & Creep calculations.

Required Skills (Technical Competency) :
- Must have 1 to 5 years of experience in FE Analysis using ANSYS Classic
- Should have Good Knowledge in Linear & Non-Linear Static, Energetic, and Thermo-mechanical analysis in ANSYS.
- Should be Good in hand calculations, Verification & interpretation of FE Results
- Should have good exposure to Fatigue analysis & Creep calculations.



Experience in SIESTA tool will be a plus
- Fundamentals of Strength of materials

Desired Skills:
- ANSYS APDL
- SIESTA
