Role &

- Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook &
- Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital platforms.

- Generate high-quality leads for Neralu Farms' managed farmland and plotted development projects.

- Manage and grow the company's social media presence by scheduling posts, reels, and campaigns.

- Coordinate with the Graphic Design and Content teams to create engaging marketing creatives.

- Manage property listings on platforms such as 99acres, Housing.com, MagicBricks, and other real estate portals.

- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for lead quality, conversions, and ROI.

- Perform SEO activities to improve website rankings and organic traffic.

- Publish blogs and update website content regularly.

- Analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting tools.

- Maintain marketing reports and present campaign insights to the management.

- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, BBA, MBA, or any relevant field.

- 01 year of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing,



or Performance Marketing.

- Freshers with relevant certifications and strong practical knowledge are encouraged to apply.

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.

- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing.

- Experience in social media management and campaign execution.

- Knowledge of Canva, MS Excel, and marketing automation tools is an added advantage.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Creative mindset with attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

- Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
