Role & responsibilities

- Enter and update data accurately in Excel, ERP, or company software.

- Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and reports.

- Maintain customer, vendor, and office records.

- Handle email correspondence and documentation.

- Prepare letters, reports, and presentations using MS Word and Excel.

- Verify and correct data before submission.

- Coordinate with different departments for data collection and updates.

- Scan, print, file, and maintain office documents.

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

- Perform general office administrative and computer-related tasks.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate or Higher Secondary (12th Pass) with relevant experience.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.

- Fast and accurate typing skills (English and/or Gujarati).





- Knowledge of Internet, Email, PDF, and document management.

- Good communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Experience in billing, quotation preparation, or office administration will be preferred.

- Basic knowledge of Tally/ERP software is an added advantage.
