Role & responsibilities :

- Handle inbound customer calls professionally, efficiently, and courteously.

- Resolve customer inquiries related to accounts, billing, products, plans, and services.

- Understand customer needs and build robust relationships through personalized support.

- Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions.

- Recommend suitable products, service upgrades, add-ons, and promotional offers to new and existing customers.

- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to help customers make informed decisions.

- Handle objections confidently using a consultative sales approach.

- Process new activations, upgrades, plan changes, and account modifications accurately.

- Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all customer interactions.

- Escalate complex customer issues through the appropriate channels when required.

- Meet or exceed Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Quality, Productivity, and Sales KPIs.





- Stay updated on products, services, promotions, and company policies.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate or Undergraduate (as per business requirements).

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

- Prior experience in customer service or voice sales is preferred but not mandatory.

- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and sales skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.

- Willingness to work in a 247 work environment.
