- Making outbound calls to the US to check claim status
- Handling insurance denials and verifying patient eligibility
- Following up with insurance companies
- Meeting set productivity and quality benchmarks
Work Schedule & Facilities
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)
- Shift Timing: 5:30 PM 2:30 AM
- Facilities Provided: Cab & meals
Salary Structure
- Freshers: 20,000 CTC
- Experienced: Up to 23,500 CTC
WITH UP TO INR 5000 INCENTIVES EVERY MONTH
Candidate Eligibility
- Graduates in any discipline (Excluding B.Tech current year, B.Pharmacy, MBA pursuing or 2026 batch)
- Robust verbal and written English communication
- Willingness to work in night shifts
- Good analytical, listening, and computer skills
