Professor Academy is hiring Part-Time Admission Counsellors to guide prospective students about our courses and assist them through the admission process. This role is ideal for college students, fresh graduates, and individuals looking to gain experience in counselling, sales, and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students about our educational programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
- Follow up on enquiries received through phone, website, and social media.
- Explain course details, fees, and admission procedures.
- Convert enquiries into admissions by providing appropriate guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM.




- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Achieve daily and monthly follow-up and admission targets.

Eligibility

- Currently pursuing or completed any degree or diploma.
- UPSC, TNPSC, UGC NET, CSIR NET, SET, TET, TRB, GATE, CAT, CA, and CMA aspirants are encouraged to apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and internet applications.
- Strong communication, convincing, and counselling skills.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a customer-focused approach.
- Candidates residing in or near Kodambakkam, Vadapalani, Ashok Nagar, T. Nagar, West Mambalam, Choolaimedu, Nungambakkam, or nearby areas will be given preference.
