Salary:-
1. Lucknow - 13k to 15k In-Hand (Fresher) & Up to 25k CTC (Experience)
2. Noida - 15k to 19k CTC (Fresher) & Up to 23k CTC (Experience)
3. Gurugram - 24k CTC (Fresher) & Up to 28k CTC (Experience)
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer questions regarding products, services, order statuses, billing, and company policies across various channels.
- Identify customer issues, diagnose root causes, and walk users through step-by-step solutions.
- Recognize when a customer's issue exceeds standard guidelines and escalate complex cases to specialized teams or higher management while maintaining communication with the customer.
- Record customer interaction details, feedback, and recurring complaints in CRM systems to help product, operations, and leadership teams improve offerings.
- Stay up to date on new features, company policy changes, and ongoing promotions to provide accurate and helpful information.
- Build trust by actively listening, showing empathy, maintaining a tone of skilled care, and turning negative customer experiences into positive outcomes.
