Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and passionate Content Writer / Copywriter to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent writing and scriptwriting skills, with the ability to create compelling content across various digital and marketing platforms. The role requires close collaboration with the marketing team to develop impactful campaigns and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging and creative content for digital platforms, websites, social media, blogs, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Develop compelling copy for advertisements, brochures, landing pages, and brand campaigns.
- Write scripts for videos, digital campaigns, social media reels,



and promotional content.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver high-quality content.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand's tone, messaging, and marketing goals.
- Create basic presentations and marketing creatives using Canva and PowerPoint.
- Research industry trends and generate innovative content ideas to improve audience engagement.

Required Skills

- Robust content writing and copywriting skills.
- Excellent storytelling and creative writing ability.
- Experience in scriptwriting for marketing or digital campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with marketing agencies or brand marketing teams.
- Experience creating content for real estate brands (e.g., Casagrand) or similar industries is preferred.
- Portfolio of published content, marketing campaigns, or creative work will be an added advantage.
