Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Clinical Coordination: Conduct daily patient rounds and communicate clinical updates to visiting consultants.
2. Clinical Audit: Audit ICU and Cath Lab case records to ensure protocol compliance and accurate documentation.
3. Post-Discharge Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls, provide basic guidance, coordinate review appointments, and escalate concerns when required.
4. DMO Handover Monitoring: Verify DMO handovers, ensure proper documentation, and report deficiencies to the DMS.
5. Reporting: Submit regular reports on clinical rounds, audits, patient follow-ups, and handover compliance.
6. Quality & Patient Safety: Identify clinical or documentation gaps, support corrective actions, and promptly report patient safety issues to the DMS.

Preferred candidate profile Prior experience in clinical coordination, hospital administration, ICU exposure, or quality roles will be preferred.

Educational Qualification:





- MBBS with an MBA in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management is preferred.

OR

- A Bachelor's Degree in a Paramedical Discipline (such as B.Sc. Allied Health Sciences, B.Sc. Nursing, Bachelor of Physiotherapy, Bachelor of Pharmacy, or an equivalent qualification) with an MBA in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management is preferred.

Experience:

- Minimum 25 years of relevant experience in clinical coordination, hospital operations, or a similar healthcare setting.
- Prior experience as a Clinical Coordinator in a multispecialty hospital will be considered an added advantage.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, coordination, clinical documentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise between consultants, patients, and multidisciplinary teams.
