Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate with patients regarding cashless hospitalization and explain the insurance pre-authorization process.

- Submit pre-authorization requests and required documents to TPA/Insurance companies and follow up for approvals.

- Communicate approval status, medical queries, and insurance updates to patients and relevant hospital departments.

- Process interim and final insurance documents, including bills and discharge summaries, for claim settlement.

- Maintain accurate insurance records, coordinate with the billing team during discharge, and perform other duties assigned by the Management.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Any Bachelor's Degree (Freshers are preferred).

- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence.

- Must own a two-wheeler for official travel.

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willing to work in a hospital environment and learn insurance coordination processes

- Field Work: Willing to travel for official field assignments
