About the Role:

Dangura Digital is looking for a highly driven Sales Growth & Marketing Executive with prior experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency workplace. We are specifically looking for candidates who understand agency operations, client servicing, digital sales, marketing strategy, and business growth.

Only candidates with Digital Marketing Agency experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and close leads for digital marketing services
- Handle client communication, follow-ups, and onboarding
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable marketing solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and delivery
- Identify new business opportunities and growth strategies
- Manage sales pipeline, reporting, and revenue tracking
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support marketing, branding, and lead generation activities
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and sales reports
- Work closely with management on business expansion strategies





Required Skills:

- Prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is mandatory
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and industry trends
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and lead generation
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to handle clients professionally and independently
- Strong follow-up and business development skills
- Basic understanding of sales reporting and CRM handling

Preferred Experience:

- 1–4 years experience in Digital Marketing Agency / Marketing Sales
- Candidates with agency sales or growth experience preferred

Location: Bangalore

Note:

Candidates without Digital Marketing Agency experience will not be considered for this role.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹39,897.57 per month
