Picker Packer

- Role Purpose: Accurately select and pack inventory to ensure customers receive their orders on time and undamaged.
- Order Picking: Efficiently locate and pull products from warehouse shelves using pick lists or handheld RF scanners.
- Quality Inspection: Check items during the packing process for damage, correct quantities, and accurate product codes.
- Secure Packing: Wrap, box, and label items securely according to company standards to prevent transit damage.
- Inventory Control: Assist in restocking shelves, performing cycle counts, and keeping inventory data accurate.
- Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and secure packing station in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration:



Coordinate with shipping coordinators and forklift drivers to meet daily outbound shipping targets.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk for long shifts and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; previous warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience is a plus.
