- Provide the tools and materials needed for the assessment
- Perform troubleshooting for technical issues
Tele-sales Duties:
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates or clients for registrations, follow-ups, or feedback.
- Explain services or testing procedures clearly and professionally.
- Maintain call logs and update candidate/client information in the system.
