Whitekey Consultant is looking for energetic and confident Tele Callers to handle customer communication, generate leads, and support the sales team in the real estate sector. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to convince potential clients over calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain real estate projects.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Generate and maintain qualified leads.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested clients regularly.
- Maintain customer database and update CRM records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with sales managers for lead closures.
- Build positive customer relationships and maintain good communication.
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales and property dealing.
- Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email).
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.
Experience
- Fresher to 3 years preferred.
