FuelBuddy is hiring an Executive / Senior Executive – Fuel Management to manage fuel delivery operations for Telecom Tower sites. The role involves route planning, driver and fleet management, diesel inventory monitoring, customer coordination, and ensuring on-time deliveries while maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily fuel delivery operations for telecom tower sites.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes for efficient operations.
- Coordinate fuel allocation, sourcing, and distribution.
- Monitor diesel consumption and DG running trends.
- Train and manage drivers and logistics staff.
- Conduct site visits to resolve operational issues.
- Reconcile diesel records with client teams.
- Prepare daily MIS, stock, purchase, and sales reports.
- Ensure SOP compliance and on-time deliveries.
- Handle customer escalations and improve operational KPIs.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Telecom Tower Operations, Fuel Management, or Logistics.
- Experience in route planning, fleet management, and driver handling.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MIS reporting.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
